Location: In-person at our medical billing dept located in Imperial Beach, California.
Prerequisite: Medical Billing or Coding Course – Proof of Certificate or Transcript required.
Program Length: 4 months
Training Days: 2 1/2 days per week.
Includes: Work Experience training and handouts
Letter of Recommendation: Upon successful completion of 288 hours of training.

Online Course Enrollment Agreement and Disclosure Statement
I have reviewed the syllabus for the course I have selected and understand the fees associated with my enrollment, the structure, and content that will be taught in this course, as well as the occupational fields related to its area of study. I have reviewed the return/refund policy associated with this purchase, available on the R&R Business Solutions Inc website under Policies/Refund Policy.
Online courses, Hybrid Courses, and the Complete Medical Billing Training package may be canceled for a full refund within three days after the date of purchase, provided that the student has not accessed the online course, and course materials and books are returned unopened and in good condition. After three business days, course cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per course, in addition to any fees for course materials/books that are not returned, or are returned opened or used. Refunds will not be issued for any course that has been accessed, viewed, or partially completed, and no refund is available for any course after 30 days from the purchase date.
Course refund requests must be submitted in writing to R&R Business Solutions Inc for review and consideration. No refunds will be issued for course extensions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rrbsolutions.com for approval.
All Courses are for individual use only and are non-transferable. I understand that my course start date is considered to be the same date as my course purchase date and that I must finish the course within the allotted time for each individual course in which I enroll individual course timeframe listed on the syllabus. I understand that if I do not finish the course in the allotted timeframe I will be canceled from the course unless I choose to purchase a course extension for $29.95 per calendar month, per course, for each month after course cancellation.

R&R Business Solutions Inc dba R&R Billing Solutions is not accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. We are a private educational company with a licensed AAPC Approved Instructor. We have an educational partnership with AAPC, providing us a curriculum designed to prepare the student for the AAPC’s Certified Professional Biller certification exam.
Completion of an R&R Billing Solutions Course does not guarantee job placement. We do not participate in job placement.
By purchasing any online course, I hereby attest that the information I have submitted to R&R Business Solutions Inc is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and hereby agree to the terms and conditions of R&R Business Solutions Inc as stated herein. No other prior agreement or conditions, verbal, written, or implied, will be honored. I, the undersigned, have read, understand, and agree to abide by all the provisions set forth in the foregoing enrollment agreement.

RR Billing Solutions Refund/Return Policy
Products must be submitted for a return within 30 days from the purchase or shipment date to be eligible for a refund. They must also be unopened and in resellable condition. Returned products are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund requests may be submitted in writing or verbally to R&R Business Solutions Inc.
Product-specific Return Policies
Refunds will not be issued for AAPC Membership, and AAPC exams.
Due to immediate electronic access, refunds or extension will not be issued for Online Practice Exams.
Work Experience Training Program purchased separately may be canceled for a full refund 7 days after the date of purchase. Thereafter each in-person class session completed will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds are issued after 30 days of purchase.

Returning an individual book that was purchased in a bundled package will invalidate the bundled discount. All the books in the bundle will revert to their regular prices and the remaining cost of the unreturned books will be subtracted from the refund.
Students who request the payment plan and agree to the initial payment to R&R Business Solutions Inc are expected to make the entire monthly payment, due on or before the due date each month.
Payments are due on the 1st day of each month, payments after the 3rd are considered late. Failure to make payments will result in the following:
- $25.00 late fee assessed.
- Dismissal from the course. If you are unable to make payments by the 3rd, please notify us before to avoid a late fee. Postponement of the payment is at the full discretion of the administration department and will only be granted under certain circumstances
